Start an Anima submission

All requests for a GP appointment need to be made through Anima. Anima is an online consultation system that allows you to submit medical queries without having to visit or call the practice. 

Anima can also be used for some administrative tasks eg to request a new sick note, but should not be used to requesat a nurse appointment or medications

If you are unable to complete an Anima request you can speak to our receptionsists in the usual way and they will fill out a request on your behalf

You do not need to download or install anything onto your computer, tablet or phone. It is completely web-based, meaning as long as you can access the internet on your device, you can use Anima.
